MTRCB suspends the show "Showtime" for 20 days because of the disrespect comment of Ms. Rosanna Roces against the teachers. The suspension's effectivity has about to start tommorow January 12, 2010. Everyone says this is unfair for the show. Its right to automatically evict Osang as judge but to suspend the show this is unfair especially to the host and the entire staff and crew of the show. They are now 20 days job-less unless MTRCB changed its decision.
Hosted by Vhong Navarro and Anne Curtis, Showtime is being aired daily (Mondays to Saturdays) before Wowowee on ABS-CBN.
ABS-CBN will appeal the case against Showtime.
